Introduction and Agreement

These terms and conditions and terms of use constitute a legally binding agreement for any person using the mmb77 platform (mmb77.vip) and its services. By continuing to use the services described on this page, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms.

mmb77 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform after publication is considered acceptance of the updated terms. We therefore encourage you to revisit this page regularly.

These services are intended for adults aged 21+ only. mmb77 will not provide services to anyone under the age of 21 under any circumstances.

Account Opening and Registration

2.1 Requirements for Opening an Account

To register as a player on mmb77, you must meet the following requirements—

• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must accurately provide your real name, contact number, and payment details.
• Each person may only open one personal account. Opening multiple accounts for one person is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide a national ID or household registration document at any time when requested by the platform.

2.2 Account Security

A player must not share their account login credentials with anyone outside. The player is personally responsible for all actions taken through their account. If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your permission, report it immediately to [email protected].

2.3 Account Closure

mmb77 may immediately close a player's account for any of the following reasons—

• Violating the platform's rules or these terms
• Submitting false or fraudulent information
• Attempting to exploit or cheat the platform in any strategic way
• Attempting to claim a bonus through one-sided methods

Any remaining eligible balance at the time of closure will be returned after review.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

mmb77 accepts payments via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum amount for both deposits and withdrawals is 20,000 Ks.

3.2 Withdrawal Matters

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Large withdrawals, first-time withdrawals, or cases requiring a verification period may take a little longer.

To withdraw, the player must have completed their KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements. If not yet completed, the withdrawal may be put on hold.

3.3 Currency Policy

All payments on the mmb77 platform are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK/Ks) only. Deposits in foreign currencies are not accepted. Any transaction fees that apply are to be covered by the player.

Bonus and Promotion Usage Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus offered by mmb77 gives 200% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement — bonus amount × 20 — has been met.

4.2 Bonus Example (Calculation Sample)

Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving a balance of 60,000 Ks. The bonus cannot be withdrawn until a wagering requirement of 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks has been completed.

Example 2 — Deposit 520,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving a balance of 1,020,000 Ks. The bonus cannot be withdrawn until a wagering requirement of 500,000 Ks × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks has been completed.

4.3 Bonus Blocking and Cancellation

If a player is found to have violated any of these bonus terms, mmb77 may immediately cancel the bonus and any winnings derived from it. All decisions regarding bonus eligibility and handling rest entirely with the mmb77 management team.

VIP Tiers and Cashback Terms

The mmb77 VIP program has 3 tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold—

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

VIP tier upgrades are decided by mmb77 based on the player's activity and playing patterns on the platform. Cashback is paid out after each specific weekly period ends. Wagering requirements related to cashback bonuses will be announced separately.

Prohibited Actions

No player is permitted to carry out any of the following actions on the platform in any way—

• Playing with pre-arranged results (match-fixing)
• Depositing and playing with funds that are not legitimately owned (money laundering)
• Using software designed to manipulate the casino system (bots, automation software)
• Copying or distributing the platform's service data without permission
• Opening multiple accounts to be managed by a single person
• Harassing or violating the rights of other players or platform staff

If a player is found to have committed any of these violations, mmb77 reserves the right to close the account and block access to any remaining balance and winnings.

Personal Information and Data Protection

If information provided at registration is found to be incorrect, mmb77 may request the player to update their details. If that request cannot be fulfilled, the account may be suspended or closed.

Gaming and Responsibility

Service Interruptions or Disputes

9.1 Technical Interruptions

If a game is interrupted and ends abnormally due to server maintenance, network issues, or a third-party provider failure, mmb77 may void that round and return it to its original state. In such cases, any winnings from that round will not be paid out.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises relating to payments, bonuses, or gameplay, the player can contact [email protected] with full details to seek resolution. Player submissions will be handled by the 24/7 support team. mmb77's decision is final and binding.

Service Changes and Termination

mmb77 may adjust, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice. During any period of suspension or termination, mmb77 will make every effort to process verified remaining balances through the normal payment process.

These terms and conditions are drawn up in Myanmar language and are the definitive version. In the event of any discrepancy between the Myanmar language version and any translation, the Myanmar language version shall prevail.

Both parties acknowledge that if any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable under any law, jurisdiction, or regulation, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
